The third option would be a power purchase agreement, this is not something that you typically see in the residential market in Arizona, because we have utility monopolies but power purchase agreements are very, very similar to a lease. But they are typically for commercial customers, where a developer will come in and install, service and maintenance a solar system, and be able to sell the power back to the end consumer for a lower amount than they could buy it for from the utility company.
